Who we are

Who is Cyber Missionaries, LLC ?

We are a diverse group of lay people and pastors. We come from different backgrounds, different denominations, different job and educational backgrounds; from Nurses to Postman and from Radio Broadcasters to Network Engineers. We come together in unity with one heart, one purpose and one goal. Our purpose is to continue the work that Jesus started, the reconciliation of all people to God. From beginning to end it is the common theme throughout the Bible. We have a heart for those who have never had a personal relationship with Jesus and feel compelled to train others in this end.

II Timothy 2:2 (KJV) And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

There are over 19,000 different people groups in the world which have been identified to date. Some have as few as 3,000 members, while others are as large as 30 million. Each continent of the world is made up not only of different nations, but of different people groups. For example, on the continent of Africa there are 1,000 languages and hundreds of people groups.

A reached people group is one with an adequate number of believers and resources to evangelize their own people without outside assistance. An unreached people group is a people group among which there is no native community of believers with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize their people without outside assistance. There are some 17,000 ethnic or people groups without a vital, witnessing Gospel church. Within these ethnic groups are millions of people. Almost two-thirds of the world's population has never heard the Gospel message. Over a thousand people groups have never been penetrated for the Lord Jesus Christ. Many tribes have never received their first missionary. There are approximately 1,700 languages without the written Word of God. The world's population will double in less than 50 years.

Jesus commanded each of us to go and make disciples of all nations. This command, called the great commission, appears in all four of the Gospels and can also be found in Acts 1:8. We have made a conscious decision to obey.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Joshua made a conscious decision not to serve the things of the world, but to serve his God. I believe that Joshua's question is still relevant today "choose you this day whom ye will serve".

This is who we are.
